THE MAYFLOWER Waterworks Department is accepting applications for the position of Utility Worker I. This position entails performing regular and recurring installation, maintenance, and repair activities for city water and sewer systems and facilities.  Must have high school diploma or GED.  Prior plumbing experience is preferred.  Any level of water distribution and/or wastewater certification is desirable.  The position is full-time w/excellent benefits.  Applications may be obtained from City Hall from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.  Completed resumes and application should be submitted to the Water Supervisor Office,2 Ashmore Street, P.O. MULTI TASK INDIVIDUAL

The City of Mayflower is seeking a multi-task individual capable of cross training to assist in  the duties of the water office as well as the court clerk.  Duties will include assisting customers, operating computers, handling money, etc.  The position is part-time consisting of approximately 30 hours per week with a starting salary of $9.00 per hour.   Applications available at City Hall from 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Mon. – Thur.  Completed application and/or resume should be submitted to the Mayor’s Office, 2 Ashmore Street, P.O.
